My name is Tim Hobert. I'm a Drupal web designer and developer located in Greenwich Village, a neighborhood of New York City.
Whether you're an individual, an artist, a corporation, a non-profit or an online retailer, if you need a website up and running quickly and professionally, email me or give me a call and I'll be happy to work with you on your site.
Send me a quick email and I'll let you know my thoughts on your project!
Hope to work with you soon,
I was privileged to work with the talented team at Fenton Communications in NYC, on their campaign to help end the blockade in Gaza. I was the lead Drupal developer and themer on the fakhoora.org website. The site is translated into Arabic, a tricky right-to-left text and CSS flip, managed by a style-rtl.css file, the i18n Drupal module, a handful of custom block regions, and a whole lotta Views (with the handy i18n: Content negotiation filter in Views). I was also able to make good use of the Views Attach module, a very useful module for attaching a view to a node.
I was the lead Drupal developer among a New York City-based team of web developers working on the build of a very large Drupal website for Validus Holdings, Ltd.
Validus is a $3.4 billion (as of Nov 2009) company that provides reinsurance and insurance coverage in the property, marine, and specialty lines markets worldwide. They were looking to do a complete overhaul of their corporate website which consisted of hundreds of pages across dozens of divisions.
Drupal handled the job with flying colors.
Atlas Copco (a global industrial group of companies with over 34,000 employees, headquartered in Sweden) and their subsidiary, Chicago Pneumatic, had an eCommerce website to sell gear to their salesforce. But it was outdated. They needed a fresh new website to manage sales, inventory, and customers and customer credits. And they needed the website broken into two separate "sections", branded with the headers and colors of each company.
Tim Hobert, Drupal, Ubercart, and a handful of amazing modules delivered.
Pernod Ricard, one of the world’s leading producers of wines and spirits, had a team of brand-specialists who were looking to share their experiences in the arena of fine spirits with their peers. They needed a multi-user blog platform that was easy to use and provided them a way to quickly create an AJAX gallery of images. They were also looking to manage their events calendar online.
By using some simple arguments in a View (and also incorporating CCK, Imagefield, Imagecache, and ImageAPI), and by using the amazing Calendar and Date modules, I was able to create a site to their specs.
